The hotel rooms were spacious and well-prepared for our little girl, with convenient amenities and a baby tub set up by the hotel; they were comfortable, decent, and had plenty of electrical outlets placed for safety and convenience. However, the service was rushed within specific timings while managing car queues. The staff were not very friendly to children and restricted hotel guests from accessing the pool garden grounds without the proper attire. The location was superb, situated west of the train station in a quiet residential area above a shopping center surrounded by many local shops. The dining experience at Mix Gourmet restaurant offered an extensive spread of both Eastern and Western cuisine, though it was just okay. Overall, the facilities were decent.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and faced the ocean, which was a lovely touch. The staff was so friendly and made my day there wonderful.
